We send your order to the address you give at checkout. You can follow your order on the order page you get after checkout.
Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can, with a photo if possible, and we will agree a fix with you.
If there is a problem with an item, contact us and we will look at your request case by case.
